improvement chart for quant review/verbal review 16?

Hi,

I've been using the improvement chart and think its a great tool. Now i stumbled across this: https://www.beatthegmat.com/improvement- ... 77655.html - sadly this version is outdated. is there an updates version of this?

ps: also a guide for interpreting the outcome of the improvement chart would be great - seeing as how the % could mean alot.
