Hi, I just received my AWA score and feel devastated. I have a work experience of 18 months in IT and I was thinking about applying for the 2009 fall in Canadian Universities.
Please guide me. Should i take the GMAT again?I think my verbal and AWA scores are too low and my chances of admission seem pretty low. |

I dont think you need to take the GMAT again, AWA scores are really not that important of a factor in the admission process. Are you a native English speaker, if not you would probably be asked to give TOEFL in which case a good score in TOEFL should be able to offset the 4 in AWA.

Talk to schools.
Most schools are pretty up front about your chances to get in. Let an admissions person know about your GMAT/GPA/work experience and see what they say. _________________ Stuart Kovinsky
