I practice writing essays, but it is usually very difficult to get more than 350 words. Is it too short essay? How many words roughly should I aim? I see some essays are more than 500 words, how can I increase the amount of words if I cannot find more arguments or examples? Well, I usually use about 3 examples that it be not too many, I don't use overcomplicated examples because they are not that easy to follow.
Thanks.

There is no need to make things arbitrarily lengthy just because you are allowed, however if you consistently come under the word count, you may be leaving something on the table regarding evidence for your candidacy. THe committees read thousands of essays, so they find brevity a virtue if you can still impart a convincing case for admission.
