Critical Reasoning

Hi all ,

I am quite confused in these types of question I just want to clear my doubt that

these question types belong to " Help Family " or Prove Family " Can we have additional information in the answer choices or they are the same as the must be true or main point question..

I am also facing problem in X causes Y and all these types , somebody told me that we need to use Venn Diagram to solve these problem ? is it or if anyone can share any resource related to this will be really appreciated.
