by highfive287 » Mon Jul 30, 2007 6:03 pm
Hi ,

I am planning to attend graduate school for master in accounting. I wonder if you can help me find out which schools are the top ten accouting graduate schools in America.

Thanks

Hi highfive287,

The topic of this forum is MBA program admissions, and I do not have expertise in programs specifically geared towards accounting. We focus on the top MBA programs, which are Masters in Business Administration and may include concentrations in topics like Finance, Marketing and Strategy but are general management degrees in the end.

Good luck,

Amy

Hi tompa,

Thanks for answering the question - could you add a citation for the rankings?

I'm a little confused because as far as I know Wharton does not offer a master's in accounting degree. However, I am not an expert in master's of accounting degrees and cannot offer any professional advice about them.

I believe that he got the list from USNews. I know USNews has a section in their "Best Grad Schools: Business" section that has "Specialties: Accounting". Still, I'm not sure this list is specifically for Masters of Accounting degrees. I think it's just business schools that have strong programs in accounting.
