GMAT Prep Test 2

by dsuna » Mon Mar 26, 2007 12:14 pm
For any positive integers n, the length of n is defined as the number of prime factors whose product is n. For example, the length of 75 is 3, since 75 = 3x5x5. How many two-digit positive integers have length 6?

The answer is 2

64= 2.2.2.2.2.2
94= 2.2.2.2.2.3

Any other combination of powers of 2 and 3 gives a three digit number.
