GMAT Prep Data Sufficiency Question

This DS question is driving me crazy?
Any help is greatly appreciated...

If 0<X<Y, what is the value of [(X+Y)^2]/[(X-Y)^2]?

(1) X^2 + Y^2 = 3XY
(2) XY = 3

(x^2 + y^2 + 2xy) / (x^2 + y^2 - 2xy)

1 - sufficient. 5xy / xy = 5. So, we know the value.

2 - insufficient. Just knowing xy will not help.
