    If y ≥ 0, what is the value of x?

    (1) |x - 3| ≥ y ≥ 0 or we can say that |x - 3| ≥ 0
    Case 1: (x - 3) ≥ 0 implies x ≥ 3
    Case 2: -(x - 3) ≥ 0 implies -x + 3 ≥ 0 or x ≤ 3
    No definite answer; NOT sufficient.

    (2) |x - 3| ≤ -y and y ≥ 0 implies -y ≤ 0
    |x - 3| ≤ 0 but |x - 3| can never be negative as |x - 3| ≥ 0
    So, the only possible solution is: |x - 3| = 0 = y implies x - 3 = 0 or x = 3; SUFFICIENT.

    The correct answer is B.
