Hi,

I am wondering, what's the difference between these 3 books?
- The Official Guide for GMAT Review (yellow book)

and

- The Official Guide for GMAT verbal review (purple book)
- The Official Guide for GMAT quantitative review (green book)

Does the yellow book contain all the materials in purple+green books?

Thanks.

Hi yudhix,
You may find the complete analysis of the difference between OG 10th edition, OG 11th edition and the two other books (quant review and verbal review) at http://www.manhattangmat.com/strategyseries14.cfm in Part Two. Anyone with any other suggestions?

I've been told that there isn't any question overlap among the three books.

Can anyone else substantiate this claim?

I have OG-11 , OG-Verbal and OG-Quant books and a copy of OG-10 edition.

OG-11 has all ( up to 95 % , I cannot comment on RC) new questions and other 2 books (OG-Verbal and OG-Quant ) contains questions repeated from OG-10 EDITION.

So, if you have OG-10 the edition,I advise you to buy only OG-11 edition and don't spend money on OG-Verbal and OG-Quant books.

There is not much overlap between OG-11 and (OG-Verbal and OG-Quant) books
