I have scheduled the GMAT for May 2nd. so I have a month and a half to kick it's butt.
I have been reviewing the 3 OG's, + manhattan SC. Personally, I dont think I have time to try another book, so I think i'm just gonna try to master every problem in these books, and also questions from this site. Let me know if you disagree.

my previous manhattangmat practice scores.
420(24Q 26V)
460(26Q 28V)
450(24Q 29V).

Looking at this, weak area is definitly math. Verbal is slowly improving.

What's the best way to make the best use of my time to maximize to my full potential? Should I focus 50/50 on both topics, or should I focus on improving my stronger area(maybe 80% verbal, and 20% math)? just work though the OGs?

My realistic school goal is LSU part time program. Their statistics shows that the average GMAT is 480. Not sure if this is correct, but I really hope it is.

I"m trying to mitigate a low GPA, so I really need to go above the average(whatever the average may be).

semidevil seems your scores are pretty even across the board.. i would concentrate on some core problem sets to get you more familiar with your weakness questions.. meaning

the MGMAT CATs breaks down the detail of your weakness, i would start my studying point there, focus on getting those right would bring you well above the 500s.

Good luck!

semidevil,

I feel you should go thro Eric's flashcards. You can find then in the resources section. Very useful, try to review them everyday or atleast once in 3 days. That'll help you keep your concepts fresh. BTW i would also encourage you to make your own flash cards..

Good luck and btw my G-day is only on 2nd May!!!! Cheers..
