Guys got a 640 in my second attempt. I had a 600 in my first. I was scoring around 680 - 710 in my mocks. Dont know where I went wrong.

Job Profile: Offshore Structural Engineer
Experience: 2.5 yrs in structural design with one of India's leading manufacturing company.
Industry: Oil & Gas
Education : Masters in Technology from IIT Madras (8.36/10)
I have strong extra curricular activities.
Target Schools:
1) MSU Eli Broad
2) Texas A&M Mays
3) Penn State Smeal
4) Kelley Indiana
Post MBA goals: To be in the Manufacturing or Oil & Gas Sector (Supply Chain)
Should give one more shot at GMAT or apply to the above schools ?

I think you have a shot at the schools you mentioned, but if you can get a score that is more in line with the mock scores you have received it will greatly improve your chances.
