Add 2%I to Average of 100 and 1%I

= 0.2I + 1/2 * (100 + 0.01I)
= 50 + 0.02I + 0.01I/2
= 50 + 0.05I/2
= 50 + I/40

2% of I = 0.02I
Avg of 100 and 0.01I = 50 + 0.01I/2

Add both of them

50 + 0.02I + 0.01I/2
50 + 0.05I/2
50+ I /40
