Guten Tag! on the surface you seem to posess many of the key traits and qualities of applicants I have seen target the top ten schools. I think you are well on your way and will have the extra benefit of being German, an underrepresented group in U.S. schools. The fact you have led teams in a progressively responsible professional setting will bode well with the committees and working for a variety of companies as you have will also be attractive to consulting companies. CAsting a clear post-MBA vision which ties into your experience and personal story will be the key to being remembered by the ad-committees. Good luck.
