Errors/Mistakes in Official Guide for GMAT Review (13th ed)

Hi everyone,

Below is the list of mistakes in the Official Guide for GMAT Review (13th ed)from the Wiley website. This includes the mistake on question 5 of the quantitative diagnostic test (water in tank question).
