HI, Guys, could you please tell me what's wrong with this sentence
Not all employment selection mechanisms that have a “disparate effect,” that is, that screen out a percentage of minorities or women disproportionate with their presence in the relevant labor market, are unlawful. |

This is the correct way of stating this sentence...
Not all employment selection mechanisms that have a "disparate effect," that is, that screen out a disproportionate percentage of minorities or women to their presence in the relevant labor market. are unlawful.
disproportionate to - correct idiom _________________ Prachi Pareekh
