    lenght of lines = 2 * 100 = 200

    length of arc = 2 x pie * r * 0.25
    = 50 * 3.14

    evaluate 200 + 50*3.1
    evaluate 200 + 50*3.2

The answer should be between these limits

The radius of the circle, r = 100 feet
    Circumference of the circle = 2πr = 200π feet

    Length of the fence = (2*r + 1/4 of circumference) = (200 + 50π) feet ≈ (200 + 50*3.14) feet = (200 + 157) feet = 357 feet

    The correct answer is C.
