AWA ESSAYS: Analyze Issues
ESSAY QUESTION:
“Monetary compensation is the most powerful stimulus for improving employee productivity.”

Discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the position stated above. Support your viewpoint using reasons and examples from your own experience, observations, or reading.

YOUR RESPONSE:
money is very important to every worker, but is it the only important factor for raising anyone emplouyee productivity? the definite asnwer is :No

there are a lot more than money to keep empolyee more producutive. since people are deffirient ,there is no one factor that can raise every body productviity to their peak levels and even if there is that thing, emplyee productvity are contrlled by internal factors ( in the company they work for ) and external factors ( like family problems ).

to mention a factor sharing the same level of importance for higher level of productvity as money do,I will mention the reason I left the first company I worked for after my graduation, there was no challenging work,it was a repititive routine work by whcih you will not feel the you stretched your skills resulting of a depressing feeling and therefore poor level of productivity.

I know people who left their jobs not because they are financially not satisfied but becasue they could not handle long working hours.

Being an employee who is feeling that he is valuable asset for his company is really important factor for raising the productivityand should be considered for productivty studies.that is if the empoyee is being trained then he will feel that the company is investing in hem.

My opinuen in trials to rasie emplyees productivity, is that it should be done from to the smallest unit in any organization and the bigger after it so the management people at different levels can understand each one of their empoyees and their productivity`s trigers.
