According to Manhattan this example
A majority of railway commuters should be considered a plural subject
as there is a discripence btw Manhattan and Kaplan over subject agreement for eg.
None of my friends according to Manhattan is plural but according to kaplan is singular so we need some expert advise here to cope this kind of SC |
