by sandeep12d3 » Fri Apr 18, 2014 8:28 am
Hi Stacy,
I scored a 680 on my first gmat attempt.I wanted to score 700 so gave it again but scored 560.I was utterly shocked.I could not have ever even dreamt of scoring so low.Does my 680 still hold or my 560 kills any dream I have of getting into a good college.please help.

Hi sandeep12d3,

Thanks for your post. In regards to the GMAT, one thing that is important to remember is that your highest GMAT score is self-reported on your application. For this reason, admissions teams will focus on your best score, and there isn't any harm in taking the test again and receiving a lower score.

I hope the above is of help.

Cheers,
Conrad and the Stacy Blackman Team
