Topic: Depression- Big Problem?

Most of the time i feel depressed of my life, at that time nothing encourages me towards life but some how i again manage to concentrate on my studies, well depression is a really big problem for me.

05rose--you need to focus on working out your issues with depression first! The GMAT is trivial compared to your health.

I highly recommend that you see a doctor or another professional about your issues. Once your health is back on track, then you should be concerned again about minor annoyances like the GMAT. Smile

While I cant consel you, as I am not the right person for the job but I at least can share my experience that helped me come out of my depression phase.
I haven't had a consellor thus I had to find my own way...

Try to have some goal/target in your mind. be it short term or long term keep aiming on something. that actually moves us & keeps us going.

'Stagnation' and 'being idle' increase your depression chances, so try to get rid out of them.
