change of gmat game plan

by gmateasy » Tue Apr 01, 2014 10:09 pm
I was previously going for 5 weeks of game plan and was supposed to write my exam on April 30.

I've change that now to May 31.

Started preparation from April 1. I've 2 months of prep time. Staying at home full time, only 2 days I study light everyday.

Manhattan and official guides materials I'm using so I've 12 books to prepare.

I'll solve Manhattan 6 Cat's
Kaplan Premier 5 Cat's
Veritas Free Cat
Princeton Review Free Cat
Mba.com 90 practise questions from free tests and 2 cats
Plus I'll buy 2 additional cat's and also additional questions I'll purchase.

Keeping in mind this hectic job to be done in 2 months should I add Kaplan Premier guide 2013 another book I've or should I just stick with Manhattan and official guides.

I also want to know that I dont have any review procedure in place and I'm studying all 12 guides of manhattan and official guides for final time and then focusing on mistakes done in Cat's by learning it's concepts.

My question is that preparation material is it enough

You have enough prep material. The most important thing is that you review your work. Practice makes perfect and going over what you have done is the only way to retain it.

Jim:

Study of all concepts for 12 books of Manhattan and Official guides will take good 5 weeks and then the last 3 weeks I will do the cat's which are mentioned above.

There is no review procedure after I finish all 12 books, I'm going like this

1. Study all 12 books
2. Solve 17 Cats, plus other mentioned above ( Doing lots of cats so that I can check my ability of
things I've learned)

Is this find or should I have review procedure after I learn all 12 books as 8 weeks is not sufficient to have review procedure in it.

Also do i need gmat premier book.
