The acquaintances who we like most are with us.

what would be best fit - who or whom? or any of them should be fine?

IMO whom....

Ask this question:

Who we like most ?

= They/Them
Ans = them.

Since it ends with them....so whom....

This is popularly known as he/him rule.....

if answer to the question ends with "m"....then use whom....
