Hi,

Can you please tell me when do the schools publish their essays for the new admission season? I just wanted to know approximately how much time I would have to write my essays for a particular school if I am applying in round 1?

Also, since Columbia has ED, do their essays get released earlier than the other schools? If yes, then when does CBS release its essays?

Thanks for your help.

Schools generally release the new questions in the summertime, although it varies from school to school. The best thing to do is to contact the admissions office of your target schools and talk to someone directly. Most b-school applicants are shy about identifying themselves in the process, but the fact is that it usually helps to establish a relationship with them. REach out, identify yourself, and develop some contacts in admissions and you will not only be getting direct information, you could potentially nurture a relationship which will help you when you apply. Good luck.
