Topic- “We can learn more from conflicts than we can from agreement"

However, agreement could be a part of success but learning through conflicts found to be one of the best stairs for success. What outstanding independence would we have, for example, if american leaders and captains would not endeavored for the independence. Furthermore, just by having a cursory on 9/11 attack, some other country could have the same assault from the same attackers, we all are good just because of the struggle of the american officers. Finally, we can have a well-known example of his huge success i.e. Steve jobs, based on his conflicts, not only on agreements.

First, historically, in the early 1770’s, the American revolutionary war was on the fire.It took place in two phases. The commanders like Allen and Arnold were volunteering for the huge conflict. Above 25,000 american revolutionaries died and about 8,000 killed in the battle. It would have continued, if Americans were not asserted to won the war. As a result, on the date 4 july 1776, Americans was successful against Britishers, it was a biggest celebration including united states, for the victory over britishers. Americans claimed an independence. Just because of this conflict American human kind gained a great happiness ahead.

Second, as an example, past 2001, a terrorist attack was launched by islamic terrorist upon United States in NewYork and Washington D.C .Osama bin laden, a terrorist, planned to cause the well-being of Americans. He has hijacked four airlines. The well known “World trade centre” in NewYork was first targeted by two airlines, out of four hijacked, within two hours the two huge buildings collapsed. Second target was Washington D.C, but fortunately it was unsuccessful. In total, 3,000 people died in the attack. The same day, in the evening, 8:30pm, the president, George W.Bush announce for the safe america ahead.Taking the proclamation ahead, immediately after the attacks,he started his conflict for the justice, asked CIA,FBI for the help, and kept trying always for many of the years. Afterwards he handover the post of president to Obama. Not just an agreement but keeping in mind as a goal, took further the Bush’s conflict, Obama was successful. In the year 2011, Osama bin laden was killed by CIA on the date 2 may 2011. It was a victory over attackers. It just made possible because of the two great presidents, who ,prove their struggle to be true.

Third, conflict can also go with personal growth. One of the well-known examples of the technology king , Steve jobs, a person with his own words “stay hungry stay foolish”, proved a lot to the society. He was the man launched his own product, named as apple, an electronic device- laptop. Afterwards, many more inventions he made. Unfortunately, one day, he threw out from his own company. Although, after this breakdown from the market, he never gave up. He kept trying. He was having the capability in him, also having the faith, he moved on. And at the end of his life, he was again a successful person and a idol for new comers. This shown, conflict can lead to personal life too.

Finally, conflicts proven to be a success stairs in above all the fields, like in the history, wars, attacks, technology and against terrorism also. Instead of focusing on the agreement we can go with conflicts, as more example confronted. Also it will not be wrong, if we accept the fact that, conflict is advantageous in almost every field, for our ongoing life.
