In an amusement park there’s a fishing mini-game. There are fish numbered 201 to 450. If I fish out one fish randomly, what’s the probability that the ticket selected at random will have a hundreds digit of 4, which will win me a cool prize?

a. 50/250
b. 49/250
c. 1/4
d. 1/5
e. 2/5

Answer: d

right. the first one might be, 51/250. I'm getting 61/250.

First and Last possible numbers:

(444-204)/4 = 240/4 = 60 + 1 = 61

Probability would be, 61/250.

Please let me know what i'm doing wrong

450-400= 50 +1 = 51

450-201= 249 +1=250
