I would look to get a leadership role in your volunteer efforts.

Your work experience, GMAT score and GPA is good, and your extracurricular and volunteer activities are impressive. I would also suggest that you begin reflecting on volunteering and sports activities for leadership stories for your essays.( MIT, Booth).
Look at 2011-12 essay questions of your target schools , research their websites to see what they are looking for in candidates.
You have stated that you have cross site and multicultural teams, so you may want to focus on your experiences/ stories that showcase your cultural adaptability and team working skills. Also, focus on your potential that led to your early promotion. It is my understanding that if you begin working on your stories from now , you will make your essay writing job for four schools easy and effective.

Hi Jim,
Can you suggest what would count as a Leadership role in volunteering activities...do you mean activities like organizing/planning CS activities/adding more volunteers.
Thanks.

Well, since you are applying now, I guess leadership stuff won't be happening (people leadership we are talking about). At such a late point in the game, so close to deadlines, the best thing you can do for yourself is to craft beautiful essays.

I am aiming at the Fall'14 intake and while referring the above post wherein you have mentioned that
Quote:

I would request you to throw some light on the leadership stuff which aspirants should focus on for the Fall'14 intake.

Thanks & Regards
Ragav
