Additional Courses to take for a Non-Traditional Applicant Post Tue May 01, 2012 6:53 pm
Dear friends,

What courses should a non-traditional GMAT applicant, with a hardcore science(medicine) and no business background must take in order to muster a strong application ?

Also will it help overcome or support academic credentials if the applicant's score is within the school's 80% GMAT range but less than the average GMAT score ?

Please advice

Thanks a lot

You don't HAVE to take courses, but it can help if you have some basic calculus, economics, and statistics work up your sleeve.

A finance or accounting class are also good ones to choose. I would suggest taking them for a grade and ideally getting at least an A-. Avoid pass fail classes.
