760 in a couple of weeks Post Mon Jul 16, 2012 5:30 pm
Hi everyone,

I wanted to thank everyone at this site because it's been a great help in getting my score up in the past couple of weeks.

I don't have a study plan, and I didn't do any of the paid courses, although I'll say the MGMAT sentence correction book was great and I used the flash cards here and Veritas iPhone app to reinforce critical areas. Although I spent a majority of my time studying quant, my score there barely changed from the pre-study CAT to the test today.

I think if you study one thing, make it verbal, because if you do well there it doesn't seem to matter what you get in quant! Good luck!

Q47/Q48 - it says both scores are out of 60 so I expected a higher quant number, but I'll take it.

Nice job! Btw, you can't actually score a 60, even though GMAC says the scores are out of 60.

Quick question - Are there any resources to understand the Quant and Verbal ranges that schools look for? Do they look at the score holistically or are there specific targets for each?
