670 on GMAT...please suggest some schools to apply Post Thu Apr 26, 2012 4:56 am
Hello all,

First of all, I would like to thank everyone in "Beatthegmat" community for helping me prepare for my GMAT exam.

I have given my GMAT exam today...very disappointed with my Verbal score!

Quant 50 92
Verbal 30 56
Total 670 84

Can someone please suggest universities for which I can apply for full-time MBA in general management. I have an experience of 4 years in technology domain.

Thanks,
Sravanth

Best place to start looking is at the ranking sites. You definitely want your score to be in the Mid 80% (unless you have some exceptional background, and in that case we can see specifically how it influences your application), and schools where your GMAT is around the average or a bit higher than your score are a good place to start. You also want to look at schools with strengths in Tech: So austin, Tepper, Georgia Tech, Anderson, etc.

Hope this helps!
