Topic: 590 What to do?

Hi.

Today i have given my GMAT and got a 590 Q48 and V24. I am planning to apply for colleges in singapore i.e. NUS,SMU and Nanyang. Do i stand any chances?

My GPA is 3.2 and have a experience of 2.5 yrs and by the time i will join a B school i will be completing 3 yrs. Extra curricular is OK.

Hi -

We tend to focus on top 20 programs in the U.S. and abroad, and as such I am not an expert on the schools you mentioned.
Thus, I am not overly familiar with those programs and hesitate to comment specifically.
With that said, if it is your first shot at the GMAT, I would likely recommend a retake as trying again, even if your score does not improve, will show that you are actively committed to attending business school.
