Will typically devastate gives a future possibility and not definte outcomes hence is better. eliminate A/B
A devastates
B INSTEAD OF not right
C there and eastern too far
D there has to be addresses so after comma, we should have in the eastern united states
E 100 times more area is not correct
My answer is D whats the correct answer
